NCEA Level 3 Hospitality
Course Description
Teacher in Charge: Mrs N. Schaar.
Students wanting to continue their hospitality journey at Level 3 will study a range of subjects pertaining to working in the hospitality industry to increase their understanding of what is required.
From learning more about ingredients and cooking methods, to identifying contamination hazards in the workplace. Students will also learn about nutrition and how to apply it in a commercial setting.
Students can gain up to 20 level 3 unit standard credits.
