Crafting for Charity

OCFC1
Course Description

Teacher in Charge: Mrs N. Schaar.

Join this hands-on and creative option class where you’ll learn the art of knitting and sewing while making a real difference in the lives of others. We’ll start by learning basic knitting techniques and creating soft, cozy blankets for the Neonatal Charity (premature babies), helping to provide warmth and comfort to premature babies in need.

As we develop our skills, we’ll take on a variety of other meaningful projects, including sewing and knitting items for different charitable organizations. Whether it’s making hats, scarves, or other essential items, this class is all about using creativity and craftsmanship to give back to the community.

No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to learn and a desire to help others. Come along, get crafty, and make a positive impact!
