Filmation: Creative Critique and Crafting allows students to engage in cinematic and artistic exploration. This subject offers students the unique opportunity to delve into the world of visual storytelling by watching films and dissecting them to understand their elements, themes, and techniques.

Throughout the course, students learn how to analyse films critically, identifying narrative structures, character development, symbolism, and cinematography techniques. They explore various genres, styles, and cultural influences in cinema, broadening their understanding of storytelling from different perspectives.

Moreover, students unleash their creativity by crafting their interpretations of the films they watch. Whether designing posters, writing alternative storylines, or creating dioramas, students can express their artistic visions inspired by the films they've analysed.

Through hands-on projects and collaborative discussions, students refine their analytical thinking, communication skills, and artistic abilities. They learn to articulate their opinions, defend their interpretations, and appreciate the diverse forms of artistic expression present in filmmaking and beyond.
